Upon graduating, Mr. E. (Eugène) Hermsen (1974) was called to the bar in 1997 in Tilburg. With 10 years of legal knowledge and experience behind him, Eugène joined DijkmansBergJeths on January 1st, 2007.

Having completed his post-doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Liability at The Grotius Academy at the University of Nijmegen, Eugène now offers advice to a large number of entrepreneurs, both nationally and internationally. He also offers legal advice in relation to all facets of individual and collective Labour Law. He does this mostly on behalf of employers. As a result of his excellent knowledge of both the German language and German Law, Eugène has established a network of connections throughout Geman-speaking parts of Europe. Eugène endeavours in the first instance to achieve harmonious solutions, but is never afraid of taking matters to court where necessary. In this, it is the client's desired result that always remains paramount.
